We are currently accepting Spring items for consignment.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 11 - 4
Tuesday & Thursday 11 - 7

No appointments or pickups on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

IT IS BEST TO CALL THE SHOP DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND A STAFF MEMBER WILL BE HAPPY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU.

Seasons

	Spring - January thru March (lightweight fabrics, long or short sleeve shirts, Prom gowns are accepted now, no shorts, sundresses, tank tops or other summer items until March)
	Summer - March thru June (shorts, capri pants, tank tops, swimwear, sundresses, sleeveless or short sleeve shirts)
	Fall - July thru September (lightweight long sleeve shirts and sweaters are okay but no heavy fabrics such as wool, corduroy or velvet until Winter acceptance)
	Winter - October thru December (all heavier fabrics are accepted now, bulky sweaters, flannels, holiday gowns are good to bring at this time, etc)

GENTLY WORN JEANS, QUALITY PURSES AND SHOES ARE ACCEPTED ALL YEAR
AND ARE ALWAYS NEEDED!

Acceptance Policies

	Please make an appointment for your first time. Be certain to read and adhere to the following information very specifically.
	We accept ladies, junior's, plus size, maternity and men's clothing and accessories. PLEASE NOTE: We no longer accept children's items.
	We do not want you to waste your time by bringing items that will not be acceptable, so please take the time to review your items carefully.

	For your first appointment we will review no more than 20 articles of clothing. We must accept a minimum of 10 items to open a new account.
	Items for consignment must be gently worn, clean, in ready-to-sell condition and for the season we are currently accepting. Items should be folded neatly in a bag.
	Clothing should be less than 2 years old and in exceptional condition.
	We will not accept any clothing that is stained or dirty, too worn or pilled, missing buttons, torn, or in need of repair, regardless of how minor.
	Items found to be defective after being accepted will be donated.
	We do not accept any inexpensive brands or brands that sell at discount stores, i.e. K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target or Payless Shoes. Items should be free of cigarette, perspiration or mothball odor.
	Customers appreciate the fact that we are selective in the style, quality and condition of the garments we offer for sale.

Items with even the slightest flaw will not be acceptable, so please look over your items carefully and only bring those in near perfect condition to us for review. It is often helpful to make two piles as you are sorting and reviewing your items, one to consign and one to donate.

PLEASE be aware that it is a waste of your time and ours to bring in clothing that does NOT meet our guidelines. We are VERY particular and will not compromise the quality of merchandise that we will consign for any reason.

Drop & Run Policy

After your first appointment you may do a "Drop & Run" if scheduling an appointment is not convenient for you. You may Drop & Run any time during our CONSIGNMENT HOURS ( see above). We will write you a consignment receipt and your items will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Please note that during busy times of the year it may take us several days to review your items. When you choose to do a Drop & Run, you may request that we call you to reclaim any items that are unacceptable or we will donate them to a charity of our choice. Items not picked up within one week will be donated to charity. Please understand that it is our goal NOT to donate items, we prefer that items brought to us using the Drop & Run Program are accepted for consignment. Please do not bring us items that you know to be unacceptable or defective. If you bring large quantities of unacceptable items and request us to donate them, we will call you to pick them up. We are NOT a donation center, please take non-consignable items directly to Goodwill or Salvation Army. Please adhere to our guidelines listed above, as our acceptance policies are the same for an appointment or a Drop & Run.

Regarding Yard Sales

If you are planning a yard sale and will be selling large quantities of high quality brand name clothing consider consigning your best items BEFORE you hold your yard sale. Items remaining after a yard sale are typically not the caliber of clothing that we would accept and we recommend that you donate them to a local charity. We have made it a practice to not look at yard sale leftovers.

Rights, Responsibilities & Payments

Now Wear This!:

	Will determine all prices, including periodic mark-downs or store sales
	Will determine what clothing is acceptable, according to customer demand
	Will not assume responsibility for theft, fire or damage that is out of our control.
	A small buyer's fee will be added to the item price. This fee is paid by the buyer and does not affect your earnings.

Now Wear This! has the right to refuse any clothing we feel will not sell due to condition, style or to meet seasonal needs. Past experience determines what we do or do not accept, so please understand if we cannot take some of your items.

Our policies enable us to keep our racks filled with great merchandise for our shoppers and be as productive as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to revoke consignment privileges of anyone whom, at any time, does not consistently bring a high quality of product.

The Consignor:

	Will receive 40% of the selling price, items will remain on consignment for 90 days
	May pick up any unsold items within 1 week after the 90 day consignment period has ended, during the following hours: Tuesday thru Friday during the Consigning Hours listed above. We do not allow pick-ups on Saturdays or Sundays.
	You are responsible for keeping track of your expiration dates and for pulling your unsold items off the sales floor. If you choose to reclaim your items prior to the expiration date there will be a $1.00 per item fee to cover associated costs. If you choose not to pick up any unsold items they will be disposed of by *Now Wear This!* for you.

Payments to Consignors: You may pick-up cash or use the money on your account as store credit at any time, or if you request we will gladly mail you a check and list of items sold, if the amount is over $10.00. A $1.00 processing fee will be charged to your account. Checks will be mailed at the end of each month during the consignment period.

ITEMS WE DO NOT ACCEPT :

	Items with any damage (as also listed above) such as stains, holes, excessive wear, etc.
	Styles older than 2 years
	Estate clothing
	Wedding or bridesmaid dresses
	Clothing with any odors, including cigarette or mothball odor
	Wool, flannel or corduroy shorts, stirrup pants
	Partial outfits, i.e. partial infant outfits, skirts or tops needing a matching piece
	Brand names from K-Mart, Walmart, Payless Shoes, Old Navy, Steve & Barry's, etc.
	Men’s suits or sport jackets
	Bras and underwear, unless new w/ tags
	Souvenir & advertising t-shirts
	Altered or poorly mended items
	Children's clothing or accessories
	Baby Furniture, Strollers, Car Seats, etc.
	Children's Toys
	Household Items

There are literally thousands of brands we do accept. They are too numerous to mention them all, however, this list will give you an idea of what we look for. Department store brands are generally acceptable as long as they meet our other criteria.
